We’ve made it to the end of the Showdowns and we have our final 16 contestants. But it hasn’t been all smooth sailing. We’ve lost some really good voices along the way.…and for those who want to hear Dr Dan admit he got it wrong…this is the episode for you!

This week Dr Dan refocuses the review back onto the singers and discusses the all-important contemporary vocal technique of TWANG as well as shaping vowels for the optimum sound.

The episode finishes with an update to Dr Dan’s Top Eight (now a ‘Top Six’) as well as Dr Dan’s “Pick of the Week.”
